Refund policy

Returns

If you are looking to return or exchange your order we are here to help. We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. The 30-day return policy is not enforced from November 1 - January 31 to allow for Christmas holiday gift buying/returning flexibility.

Submit a return request

  • Click "Your Customer Account" at the bottom of the website page.
  • Log in to your account:
    • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  • Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

 Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

1. Discounted non-clothing items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Returned items mush still have tags on them

3. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Click on the Product Returns link in the footer of any page on the website to log into your account.

2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order, again keeping in mind only garments that come in different sizes may be returned.  All other items are not able to be returned (caps, gift items, etc.)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email following your submission.  Send all items back to us using the label provided in a similar size poly envelope just like the order was shipped in.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@wtfcamo.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Any non-clothing sales items are final and cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Clothing may be exchanged for size.   We only replace un-sized items (gifts, caps, etc.)  if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please utilize the Returns Portal at the bottom of any page on the website.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product via the shipping label that you will receive via e-mail once your refund or exchange is processed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
