Limited Edition Custom Crafted Pen - Bethlehem Olive Wood

Works of Art artist George Neuberger created a limited edition of twelve Deer Hunter pens for WhiteTail Forensics with a hand turned Bethlehem Olive Wood body.   The pen comes with a Certificate of Authenticity that describes the origins of the wood.   This wood is from trees that have been bearing fruits in the Nativity town of Bethlehem since the time of Christ.  A natural raw material produced from the prunes of young olive trees and sprouts from the trunks of old , unproductive trees, the harvesting process is essential for healthy tree growth and environmental sustainability.  No trees were damaged or destroyed in the process of harvesting this Olive Wood. 

This is without a doubt one of the finest pens a deer-hunting enthusiast could hope to receive as a gift. The lower barrel features a relief cut engraving of a trophy buck that emulates the engraved scrollwork found on genuine, highly sought-after bolt-action rifles along with a brass bullet tip. The antiqued plating provides contrast for better visibility of the details. At the other end, a deer mount pen clip with a scope at the tip of the clip rounds out the deer hunting theme. The bolt-action mechanism is both functional and  unique. The antique finish is formulated to simulate a time-worn authentic patina with a charm all its own, adding a sense of warmth and history to your handmade writing instrument.
